Advance Simulated Job Stage

Advance a simulated job to the requested next delivery stage. Only works for jobs owned by this partner and created in sandbox mode. Intended for fleets configured with auto_advance_jobs = false that want to drive the job lifecycle manually.

Advance request

Advance a simulated job to the named delivery stage. Only valid for jobs created by a sandbox partner whose robot fleet has auto_advance_jobs disabled. Setting target_stage = "rejected" requires reject_reason and terminates the job with that rejection reason.
